Arica holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Metaphysical Science and a Practitioner Diploma from the University of Metaphysics. She is also an ordained minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry. As the Founder of Namaha Retreat Limited in New Zealand and previously an Executive Director (Corporate Strategy) at a publicly listed company in Singapore, Arica excels as a businesswoman, mother, life & spiritual coach, healer, speaker, and trainer.

Like many of us, Arica found herself navigating the conventional path set by society. The world seemed to value material possessions and external success above all else. She, too, dedicated herself to this pursuit, studying rigorously, working tirelessly, and seeking pleasure. However, this lifestyle came with its own share of challenges and setbacks. The fractures within her own family led her to question the very foundations of her beliefs, a journey that many of us can relate to.

Consequently, as she navigated adulthood, she went through many heartbreaks, self-doubt, and hurt, prompting her to explore alternative paths for healing and self-discovery. She delved into various metaphysical teachings, seeking solace and answers beyond the material realm. This journey of exploration ignited a spark within her, a deep curiosity to uncover the hidden aspects of existence and the true nature of reality.

As she delved deeper into metaphysical sciences and other alternative healing modalities, Arica underwent profound personal transformations. She discovered that true healing extends beyond the physical and encompasses the emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. This newfound understanding allowed her to rebuild her life, heal past wounds, and cultivate healthier relationships.

Driven by a burning desire to share her newfound wisdom and experiences, Arica embarked on a path to become a certified metaphysician. She underwent rigorous training, acquiring expertise in Lucia Light Therapy, hypnotherapy, reiki, trauma healing, and other alternative modalities. Armed with this knowledge and personal growth, she is now passionately committed to supporting others in their own journeys towards healing and self-mastery, a testament to her dedication and care for her clients.

She aims to empower individuals to break free from societal programming, shed limiting beliefs, and tap into their inherent potential. She firmly believes that we all possess the power to co-create the lives we truly desire, no matter our challenges. Her holistic approach aims to guide and support clients as they awaken their inner light, release past traumas, and unlock a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
