Dr. Randolph W. Ek, Mpsy.D.

Dr. Randolph W. Ek was born to a somewhat normal pair of parents. His father was a business owner, a mechanic, and an active member of the community. His mother was a sweet, lovable housewife. On the outside it looked much like many of the 1950s family TV shows, but on the inside it was different. His father was a John Birch republican and an alcoholic, and his mother was a Kennedy liberal enabler. There was significant dysfunction, creating abuse––often times
violent abuse.

As a result of the combination of DNA and environmental insanity, Dr. Ek became neurotic and developed symptoms of ADD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and other forms of mental imbalance. He spent years trying to achieve his parents’ approval, only to become entrenched between a rock and a hard place. Although he found a great variance of opinion, it wasn’t until late in life that the voices in his head settled and he became open minded instead of scatter brained.

By the time he was twenty-eight, Dr. Ek had thirty jobs in four different fields: laborer, mechanic, electronics, and sales. He was also using copious amounts of alcohol to self-medicate the insanity. Finally, he landed in an alcohol treatment center, and with the help of experts, his life finally became hopeful.

After several more years, several more jobs, and several more career choices, Dr. Ek found his inner calling and decided to provide others with the professional help that so changed and improved his life. Although he constantly pursued ongoing education, he embarked on a plan to achieve his goal as a professional health care professional.

He was torn between a career as a psychologist and a minister, so Dr. Ek chose metaphysical psychology, as he believes God––not man––is the final answer to all questions. His inner guidance led him to the University of Metaphysics, where he earned his Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, B.Msc., and Master of Metaphysical Science, M.Msc. Shortly thereafter, he achieved Doctor of Metaphysical Psychology, Mpsy.D., from the University of Sedona. He is also an ordained metaphysical minister, having received his ordination and practitioner diploma from the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary. Dr. Ek chose an “apathology” path instead of pathological. He doesn’t fight dis-ease: he empowers health. He doesn’t focus on fear: he focuses on love. He doesn’t give evil or negativity any energy: he gives God or love all his energy, controlled by his thoughts.

Instead of living in automatic and letting his thoughts control him, Dr. Ek learned to control his thoughts. He has partnered with God to achieve his ultimate potential and has dedicated his life to lead others to their optimum self. He would love for all to always remember…

Your Life is PERFECT!
